Saturday 8am: Ready to level up?! You've gained an understanding of the movements & how the reformer works, so let's take it up a notch. A faster paced class with more advanced repertoire, balance challenges & cardio bursts. Get your heart pumping, muscles shaking & endorphins flowing!

Suitable for those with previous reformer experience & keen to get a sweat on

ACTIVE AGERS REFORMER
Base Level
Vibe: Similar to 'All Levels' but slower pace
Walk out feeling: Confident & Strong

Tuesday 1pm: Everyone is welcome! While ideal for 'Mature Movers', this class is perfect for anyone who prefers a slower-paced session in a smaller group setting. Whether you're new to Pilates, returning to movement, or rehabbing an injury, this class is for you. Expect feel-good, effective movements designed to improve strength, endurance, mobility, and balance - helping you move with confidence & ease in everyday life.

GROWING A HUMAN?
You are welcome here!
If you are feeling well & have clearance from your GP/OB to exercise, you can join into any of our All Levels classes. Our wonderful teachers understand the guidelines around exercise during pregnancy. With the use of the pregnancy wedge & modifications, these classes are a safe and effective way to help keep you moving throughout your pregnancy. Read the Australian Government Department of Health Guidelines for physical activity during pregnancy here.
